Across the Kingdom
The events calendar in Saudi Arabia has grown fast, and so have expectations. Clients want entertainment that feels premium, respects local culture and runs to the minute. We plan every booking around that, from a single oud player for an executive dinner to a full production with an Ardah troupe, a band and a bilingual host.
The capital hosts most of our government, corporate and National Day work. Ballrooms along King Fahd Road, the Diplomatic Quarter and venues in Diriyah are regular stages for our Ardah troupes, oud players and Arabic bands.
Jeddah is the wedding city. Seafront hotels along the Corniche host large receptions with separate men's and ladies' programmes, and brand launches in Al Balad draw on the city's heritage streets.
Dammam and the Eastern Province are home to energy, industry and a strong corporate calendar. We cover company anniversaries, family days and conference dinners with acts that travel from Riyadh or are based locally.
Al Khobar's waterfront hotels host weddings, private dinners and product launches. Its Gulf character means Khaleeji music and heritage acts land especially well.
Heritage acts lead most of our Saudi programmes, supported by modern acts that suit family audiences. Start with these:

Public and ticketed events in the Kingdom need a licence from the General Entertainment Authority. Private weddings and closed corporate events in licensed hotels are usually covered by the venue. If your event is open to the public, tell us early and we will build three to four weeks for the permit into the plan and prepare the performer details the authority needs.
